We organize an Employee Benefits Task Force committee to provide diverse welfare and benefits programs, such as recreational activities, domestic (overseas) vacation subsidies, injury and illness relief funds, emergency relief funds, employee dependent scholarships, and educational assistance programs. Due to uncertainties caused by Covid-19, the task force committee canceled the company employee trips and other gathering activities and offered cash subsidies instead to motivate our employees and raise performance efficiency.

The total employee welfare income was NT$6,372,345 and the total employee welfare expense was NT$6,758,937, an expense ratio of 102.17%. We created an employee stock ownership trust with the intention that the employees can share the company profits, and we match 20% of the employee’s contribution each month to show appreciation and a mutual commitment, 37% of the employees participated in 2020.
