We are actively searching for talents via school career fairs and seminars. Additionally, we off er summer internship, curricular practical training, scholarships, and other programs. Moreover, we open up our plants to school field trips to enable students learn and gain understanding about our industry and environment through these plant visits in building a connection and recruiting potential talents.

To attract top candidates, motivate employees, boost employee morale and reduce employee turnover rate, in 2019, we increased our base wage, starting salary, shift allowance, various allowances, year-end bonuses, and business performance metrics benchmark adjustments. Through salary adjustment, we hope to achieve employee retention and build a solid foundation for future development. The percentage increase of salary in 2019 is 2.25%.
